I just purchased the post ban SA-85 for $400.00
there seems to be some confusion regarding the post and pre ban issues. Is there some way to determine using the serial numbers? and is this a good value for the money I spent? Oh ya, this unit has never been fired. Looking forward to testing it out though
I own a SA-85M for several years now. Post ban with heavy blond thumbhole stock. Just replaced with tapco folder and pistol grip. Took some weight off her. Had no malfunctions with any ammo, even steel cased. Who needs a bayonet lug anyway, I'd probably put my eye out.
