Polish Tantal AK74 By Chris Horn, a photo review
This rifle was supplied by Chris Horn of Horn's Custom Rifles. We saw this rifle at a Tucson Gun Show and Chris allowed us to review it for the website. This is a custom prototype Chris has developed from the typical Polish Tantal AKM-74 is uses the original Polish safety so it has a safety release on the opposite side of the receiver. Very cool
The profile of these rifles is what an AK47 collector is looking for in an AK. A very nice (hand picked) parts kit was used for this build. It's built on a Global Trades receiver and uses a tapco G2 trigger
The matching bayonet and magazine added for the pictures really set this rifle off. The Polish gas tube and muzzle break give it a unique look for an AK74 (AK47)
The Polish folding stock is very close to the German wire stock design with a lever instead of a button (Romanian)
Here's the selector switch on the left side (opposite) of the receiver. With this switch the safety can be flipped on or off without taking your hands off the rifle.
Another look at a nice looking rifle
This AK74 has two options for the bayonet. In this configuration it's on the muzzle break and it clips under the front sight. If the muzzle break was unscrewed the bayonet would fit around the barrel and clip to the bottom of the gas block (like a typical AK47)

Red and black rifles, This is one of the versions that looks like what people think of when they hear AK47
These are a steal while they last. As with all his rifles they come with a lifetime guarantee on his work.
Very nice work again Chris, thanks for letting us review it before it's sold.
